TEHRAN – An official of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI) stated here on Sunday that the country has launched a shipping route to Venezuela.

Amin Charooseh the director of the TPOI Trade Services Department said that the move has been jointly taken by the TPOI and the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) organisation, adding that the initial capacity of the carrier is about 600 TEU per month but it may be boosted in the future, the Mehr News Agency reported
